2.3. Temporary Suspension of the Approval Procedure for New Photovoltaic Projects and Suspension of the Review of Already Submitted Applications

With a Ministerial Decision from August 2012,

1. the submission of new applications to the RAE for the granting of production licenses for photovoltaic projects,
2. the processing of pending applications for the granting of production licenses for photovoltaic projects by the Regulatory Authority RAE,
3. the submission of new applications to the competent Network Operator for the granting of grid connection offers for photovoltaic plants that are exempt from the obligation to obtain a production license,
4. the processing of pending applications for the granting of grid connection offers for photovoltaic plants that are exempt from the obligation to obtain a production license, by the competent Network Operator

were temporarily suspended.
