§ 1 (1) The website www.rechtsanwalt-griechenland.de (hereinafter: Website) is an offer of the law firm KPAG Kosmidis & Partner (hereinafter: Law Firm). By using the websites, you agree to the following regulations. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Use, you cannot use the Website. (2) All information on this Website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. The Law Firm assumes no guarantee for the correctness and completeness of the information located on the Website.

(2) The design and development of the Website were based on WordPress. Any exploitation outside the limits of the Copyright Act is inadmissible and punishable without the consent of the author.

(1) Unless the Law Firm has previously given its written consent or a business relationship already exists, contacting the Law Firm for the purpose of commercial advertising is not desired.
(2) The use of all data published on the Website for the purpose of unsolicited advertising, for other commercial use, or for disclosure to third parties is prohibited.

Insofar as links are made to external websites, these are third-party contents over which the Law Firm has no influence whatsoever. According to § 9 TMG (German Telemedia Act), the Law Firm is only liable from the time it gains knowledge of a concrete legal violation. Upon becoming aware of corresponding legal violations, these contents will be immediately removed. Should you find unlawful content on linked pages, we request appropriate notification.
